Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SeoSwift ("we", "our", "us") is an SEO metadata monitoring service operated at seoswift.io by Anete Kozule-Dziluma, a self-employed individual VAT-registered in Latvia (VAT number: LV32109212541). Contact: hello@seoswift.io.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the SeoSwift service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
SeoSwift is a B2B SaaS platform that crawls websites you specify, extracts SEO metadata (titles, descriptions, headings, canonical tags, robots directives, structured data, and related fields), detects changes between crawls, and presents a severity-labelled changelog and health score. Optional features include Google Search Console integration, AI-generated recommendations, and Core Web Vitals data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
4. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at hello@seoswift.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- One account per agency. Multi-seat access is managed through your agency settings.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Trial period
New accounts start on a free demo plan with sample data and no payment required. A 7-day paid trial ($3 one-time fee, non-refundable) is available to activate real site monitoring. At the end of the trial period the account converts automatically to a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before day 7.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing address and VAT registration status. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID benefit from the reverse charge mechanism (0% VAT).
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. By providing payment information you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Price changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry automatically and notify you by email. After a grace period, access to the service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Add websites to your account that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to crawl.
- Use the service to crawl websites in a manner that violates the target site's robots.txt or terms of service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
- Use the service to store or transmit malicious code, or to conduct phishing, spam, or other fraudulent activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the service available to third parties except as part of your own agency service offering (e.g. sharing reports with your clients).
- Use automated scripts to call our API at volumes that unreasonably burden our infrastructure.
- Attempt to access another customer's account or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
7. Crawling and fair use
SeoSwift crawls websites using polite crawl rates (maximum 3 concurrent requests per site, 60 requests per minute). Each plan includes a page limit per site. We enforce crawl concurrency limits to avoid placing unreasonable load on crawled sites.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to crawl any website you add to your account. SeoSwift is not liable for any claim arising from crawling activity initiated by your account.
8. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs processing of personal data we carry out on your behalf as a Processor. Both documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to SeoSwift and all crawl data collected on your behalf. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
9. Intellectual property
SeoSwift and its underlying software, algorithms, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime level. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for interruptions due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or acts of government.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that crawl data will be complete or accurate in all cases (for example, JavaScript-rendered content may not be fully captured by static crawling).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeoSwift's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
In no event shall SeoSwift be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay amounts due.
On termination, your access to the service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow export, then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Billing records are retained as required by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@seoswift.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
