Health, Timeline & Reports
The Overview digest, health scores, the swimlane timeline, exports, and PDF reports.
Overview
Each site opens on its Overview tab: the latest crawl at a glance — health score and its delta, change counts by severity, and the most recent critical changes, each deep-linking into the tab that owns the detail. One click generates an AI summary: a short narrative of where the site stands plus a "worth watching" list. It's cached per crawl, so re-opening the tab is instant, and a fresh crawl invites a fresh summary.
Health score
Every crawl produces a 0–100 Health score from weighted indicators: missing titles or meta descriptions, noindexed pages, 404s, missing canonicals, canonical loops, duplicate titles and descriptions, orphan pages (pages no other page links to), and more. Each indicator drills down to the exact list of affected URLs.
Watching the score climb after a cleanup sprint is, frankly, one of life's small pleasures — and yes, there are streaks and the occasional achievement toast to celebrate with you. (You can switch animations off in Settings if celebration isn't your thing.)
Export your 404s
When a crawl finds Not Found pages, the 404 indicator on the Health tab shows an Export 404s button. It downloads a CSV of every broken URL from your latest crawl — each with the page(s) it was linked from, an inbound-link count, the HTTP status, and the crawl date — ready to hand straight to a developer. Rows are sorted most-linked-first, so the highest-impact fixes are at the top. (The button only appears when the latest crawl actually found 404s — a clean site has nothing to export.)
Timeline
The Timeline tab shows a swimlane per URL: one block per crawl, coloured by what happened — unchanged, info, warning, critical, or error (the page returned a 4xx/5xx). It's the fastest way to spot patterns like "every Tuesday the staging robots meta leaks to production". Click any block for details and a health sparkline.
Metadata & Page Inventory
- Metadata — the current value of every tracked field on every page, with a "last changed" chip per field. Exportable as CSV.
- Page Inventory — everything we found on the latest crawl, including binary assets like PDFs.
- Structure — how your pages link together, which is where orphan pages come from.
Core Web Vitals & AI recommendations
Sites on Advanced and Enterprise plans show real-user Core Web Vitals from the Chrome UX Report, refreshed daily. Those plans can also generate AI recommendations per crawl — a short, prioritised to-do list based on your actual issues. AI features are toggled per agency in Settings → Preferences, for teams that prefer their audits entirely hand-made.
PDF report
Need something to forward to a client or a boss? Each site has a one-page report: health score, top issues, 7-day change counts, and recent critical changes — print-ready straight from the browser.
Indexation
The Indexation tab breaks down how the latest crawl sees your site's indexability — and, with Google Search Console connected, layers Google's own verdicts on top. It has its own guide: Google Search Console.
