Sign-up & Sign-in
Accounts, passwords, resets, and your sign-in history.
Creating an account
Sign-up asks for three things: your full name, your email address, and a password (8 characters minimum — longer is better, password managers are best). No email verification hoops; you land straight in onboarding.
Signing in
Sign in with your email and password. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies — you stay signed in on your device until you sign out (top-right menu → Sign out) or the session expires.
Forgot your password?
- 1On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- 2Enter your account email — we send a reset link to it.
- 3Follow the link and choose a new password. The link is single-use and expires, so request a fresh one if it has gone stale.
Joining an existing agency
If a teammate invited you, sign up with the same email address the invite was sent to — you'll join their agency with the role they chose instead of starting a new one. More in Agencies & Roles.
Sign-in history
Curious whether that sign-in from a new café Wi-Fi was really you? Open the user menu (top-right) → Sign-in history to see recent sign-ins with date, IP address, and browser. If something looks unfamiliar, change your password right away — and see Security & Privacy for how we protect your account.
