Reporting a Bug

Found something wrong? Tell us in two fields and track the fix.

When something looks off — a change flagged that didn't happen, a health score that seems wrong, a button that won't — tell us. A quick report with the right context turns "it's broken" into something we can actually reproduce and fix.

Filing a report

  1. 1Click the bug icon in the top bar (hover: "Found a bug? Click here to report!"). It's there on every screen.
  2. 2Tell us what happened and, optionally, what you expected instead. Two fields — that's the whole form.
  3. 3Submit. You get a reference number (BUG-123) right away, and the report lands with our team.

We capture the context for you

So you don't have to describe your setup, the report automatically includes the page you were on, its URL, your browser, and your screen size — all shown to you before you submit, nothing hidden. That's usually exactly what we need to reproduce the problem.

Tracking your reports

Open the user menu (top-right) → My bug reports to see everything you've filed, each with a status:

  • Received — it's in our queue.
  • Investigating — we're looking into it.
  • Resolved — fixed (or answered), often with a short note explaining what changed.

Want an email when the status changes?

Tick the consent checkbox on the form ("you may contact me about this report") and we'll email you — and only you — when your report moves forward. It's unticked by default, so you're never signed up for mail you didn't ask for. The email carries your reference number and a link, never the details of your report.

Bug, or feature idea?

A bug is something that's not working as it should — report it here. Want something new? That belongs on the Feature Requests board (in the top navigation) instead, where you can post and vote on ideas.

Still stuck? Email hello@seoswift.io — a human reads it.
